PREPARE-IQ uses machine learning, genomics, and epidemiological models to layer DNA data, demographic data, lifestyle risk factors, known preconditions, and community level geospatial data to produce personalized vulnerability assessment reports for individuals and provide them with personalized guidance on social distancing and isolation needs.
It uses machine learning, genomics, and epidemiological models to layer DNA data, demographic data, lifestyle risk factors, known preconditions, and community level geospatial data to produce personalized vulnerability assessment reports for individuals and provide them with personalized guidance on social distancing and isolation needs.
It will also allow individuals with lower risk to return to the economy faster, while continuing to track any potential exposures or changes in health.
Phase I of PREPARE IQ will be an information-only vulnerability assessment portal, where individuals can provide demographic data, preconditions and medical history data, report any recent symptoms and provide data on community/living arrangement factors, and when available upload their DNA data. The AI engine then provides risk factor assessments for each of the categories, including 15 DNA-based predisposition assessments for known co-morbidity factors for individuals who may not have active known comorbidities.
Phase II of PREPARE-IQ which we would hope to complete before the next wave of COVID, we would have refined the assessment based on more clinical data and start offering discounted DNA testing with our lab partners for millions of individuals seeking to have a more detailed understanding of their potential predisposition risks.
Phase III starting in six months after launch would have more clinical data integrations, improved science, and enough data to create and update vulnerability and infections maps for better decision-making during the next wave.
